ATTENTION RESIDENTS IN THE VICINITY OF SEPULVEDA BLVD. AND MONTANA INTERSECTION
As part of the pre-construction activities for the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Project, the Contractor will perform geophysical survey of underground utilities and pothole at the intersection of Sepulveda and Montana. This activity requires street lane closures and the detour of traffic to facilitate the safe use of boring equipment.
What: Street lane closures and potholing
When: Work is anticipated to start on Monday, November 23, 2009 for approximately one week. Anticipated work hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm and 9:00pm to 6:00am.
Where: Intersection of Sepulveda Blvd. and Montana.
What to expect:
•Local access to businesses and residences will be maintained.
•Pedestrians will be rerouted to a safe area outside the construction zone.
•Right turns for eastbound Montana traffic will be restricted.
•Eastbound Montana traffic to southbound Sepulveda will be detoured to northbound Church Lane to southbound Sepulveda.
•Access to all on and off freeway ramps will be maintained.
•Emergency vehicle access will be maintained.
