A resident on Casiano just called to report a mountain lion/bobcat and coyote sightings.
The mountain lion was about the size of a small German Shepherd, grayish-black and very scrawny looking. It seemed to be very hungry. It was spotted both yesterday (2:30pm) and today (noon) near the 1100 block of Casiano. It was in and around different properties and at one point jumped a hedge.
Separately, the same neighbor spotted a whole pack of coyotes near Casiano Road last week. She said they were traveling near the Sepulveda/Moraga intersection.
