Advisory: West Valley recurring Burglary MO's that are becoming more frequent.

Hi,

West Valley recurring Burglary MO's that are becoming more frequent. We are getting a series of doggie door burglary in West Valley area. We need to somehow secure the doggie doors as difficult as that may be - we have had at least 7-8 recently.

Also - suspects are spraying the dogs with some type of mace when they do enter.

We are getting more 2nd story entries via ladder (using resident's own ladder.

Two things on 2nd story entry:

- most people who have alarms don't have 2nd story wired for an alarm + burglars know it AND in a recent burglars ensured they bypassed any alarm by breaking window + not disturbing window frame.

- also people with ALARMS are NOT setting the alarm when they leave the house - we have had numerous of these!!!

For full details, view this message on the web.
