Community: **Van Nuys Senior Lead Officers/LAPD** has an important message for you! **Possible Child Annoying Suspect**.

Hi Bel-Air Association,

**Van Nuys Senior Lead Officers/LAPD** has an important message for the community!

**A possible child annoying suspect was seen today, at approximately 1:15 p.m. in the area of Valley Vista Boulevard and Camino De La Cumbre. This possible suspect was seen in a Black late model BMW SUV with tinted windows. He is described as a male, Hispanic with dark skin, 30-40 years of age with a significant scar along the left side of his face, running down to his chin. He was wearing a cowboy hat with a folded-down front brim, and had a thin moustache. This possible suspect followed the youth and there was no physical or verbal contact with the young victim, who fled quickly to his residence. This appears to be an isolated incident as there are no other reports in the area. Please remember to always have your children walk with company and if they feel threatened, to run towards a public venue where there are people to assist them. **.
