The 405 project is hopefully approaching completion over the next several months.

The process has been frustrating for our Bel-Air residents especially those living in the area of Sepulveda Boulevard and Moraga.

Despite the considerable efforts of the Bel-Air Association traffic Committee, LA Metro and the contractors have often acted in an arbitrary fashion with limited concern for the residents directly affected.

As the job moves into its final phase, we urge our residents who are adversely affected to please contact LA Metro, Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky and Councilmember Paul Koretz with your comments, complaints and concerns.

The Bel-Air Association has consistently and frequently articulated the numerous concerns of our residents often with very limited responses.  The Association welcomes our residents to share on an individual basis the many challenges encountered day to day with this project.  Please contact the following:
