Dear Bel-Air Association Members and Community,
The owner of 10460 Revuelta Way filed an application on August 18, 2015 with the Department of City Planning for the following entitlements:
1. A Zoning Administrator’s Variance to allow the construction, use, and maintenance of a full kitchen in a guest house, in addition to the main residence;
2. A Zoning Administrator’s Determination to permit “over-in-height” elements (fences, hedges, and gates) up to 8 feet in height in the front and rear yards, in lieu of the required 3’-6” and 6-feet, respectively;
3. A Zoning Administrator’s Adjustment to allow a guest house with a kitchen to observe a reduced setback of 6-12 feet, in lieu of the required 25-foot setback; and
4. A Zoning Administrator’s Adjustment to allow a combination of sound walls and retaining walls to observe a height of up to 14’-1”, in lieu of the 6-foot limit in the property’s zone (RE20-1).
