Dear Bel-Air Association Members and Community,
It has been brought to our attention that a false rumor has begun circulating in our community that our Bel-Air Association’s Executive Director, Paulette DuBey, and our Bel-Air Association’s past President, Cynthia Arnold desire a Real Estate Agency to take the space in our offices that is currently occupied by ACS Security.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
To the contrary, ACS’s owner Al Radi recently implied to the Bel-Air Association that he was leaving his space, despite his longterm lease.
Our Board met with him immediately.
Mr. Radi did not attend the meeting in person but participated by phone.
In addition, Mr. Radi agreed on the call that his lease remains in effect and that he does not intend to vacate his leased space.
Our Association has never discussed or even contemplated leasing the space to any other company, let alone a Real Estate Agency.
We cannot respond to every rumor in the community. But we felt that it was important to respond quickly to this specific misinformation before it spreads any further.
