The Planning and Land Use Committee of the Bel-Air
Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council will hold a hearing on the Bel-Air Bar & Grill’s application to renew its conditional use permit from the City to sell alcoholic beverages.
(We announced the renewal application on our blog on August 7, 2015.)
The hearing will be held at the committee’s meeting on October 13, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Stephen S. Wise temple.
The agenda is below and at http://babcnc.org/wp-content/uploads/docs/LandUseA_2015-10-13.pdf. The agenda item is #6a, on page 2.
If you are planning to attend, please RSVP, as indicated on the agenda, to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that your name will be placed on the temple’s security gate list of guests to be allowed in.
Any motion that the committee makes at its meeting on this application will be considered by the full board of the neighborhood council at its meeting on October 28, 2015.
The neighborhood council is an official but advisory body that is affiliated with the City. It does not make the decision on the application.
A zoning administrator within the City’s Department of City Planning will hold a public hearing in a few months and will make the official decision on the application.
Please continue to let our Land Use Team know if you have any questions, comments or concerns about this application.
