Dear Bel-Air Association Members and Community,
The Department of City Planning’s biweekly report (issued today) of newly filed entitlement applications indicates that an application was filed on November 30, 2015 for the following entitlements for the property at 417 Amapola Lane:
1. A Zoning Administrator’s Determination to permit a 3,886 square-foot addition to an existing 6,077 square-foot single-family dwelling without requiring that the applicant improve the hillside street adjacent to the property and/or to the boundary of the hillside area; and
2. A Zoning Administrator’s Determination to permit an over-in-height fence/gate within the front yard setback, in lieu of the 6-foot fence otherwise permitted.
